Job satisfaction

One of the key component for job satisfaction is to love what you are doing- that is, this latter which leads the teacher to be congruenced with his or her job. It means that teachers must have many characteristics which will make them love their job. In this light, it is necessary to have interaction inside the classroom between students and the teacher, in cooperative learning environment. And, in order to be satisfied with the profession of teaching, the teacher need to have intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.

To start clearly the discussion about interaction which occurs between students and the teacher; between the student and students. That is, the teacher needs to create a suitable environment for his or her students where they can learn creatively and critically. It means that learning in a suitable environment, therefore, will help the teacher to be satisfied. Obviously, when the teachers interact with their students, they will manage their time, they will be flexible- teachers or in other words a fully- fledged teachers. Clearly enough, the moment the teacher transmits information to the students, he or she will be satisfied and enjoyed.

As was stated previously with regards to the idea of interaction between the teacher and the learners; as it appears, we have another characteristic which the teacher must have in order to be satisfied in his or her job. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are two factors which contribute the teacher to be satisfied with his or her job. On the one hand, intrinsic motivation is to be engaged tantalisingly in what the teacher is doing well. More conveniently, the teacher should be motivated from the inside. On the other hand, extrinsic motivation is all that come from the students, from the atmosphere, from solving problems and from playing many roles in the classroom.

That is to say, in an attempt to be satisfied with a particular job, a person need to be engaged and to be congruenced with it. In the field of teaching, in order to be satisfied with the profession of teaching, the teachers must adopt many characteristics- such as, to interact creatively with their students and to create a suitable environment. Needless to say, it is necessary to have intrinsic and extrinsic motivation.
