The teacher's participation in a professional development programme with a teacher team supported by the use of cooperative learning. And, the pedagogical model cooperative learning (CL) has generated extensive research documenting its benefits for students' learning. As it is clearly known, studies indicate that teachers face challenges practising the method. Teacher collaboration in learning and implementing CL is gaining attention. It would be of paramount importance to proclaim that it is through action and interactions in social practice that meaning, learning and identity are produced and practices developed. It means that students' perspectives on the relationship between teacher learning and student learning. And, it is worth adopting emotional competence; to prove it, it is a strategy which used in order to develop the relationship between students and the teacher. In this way, this relationship is based on respect, on sharing information, helping others and provide a good feedback.
