While preparing a global test, the teacher must take into account many characteristics and components- such as, comprehension, language and writing. As it appears, the teacher, first of all, prepares a global-test in order to gear his or her students to understand deeply and clearly their mistakes; they need to understand the mistake and to learn from it. Authentically, the teacher needs to evaluate what he or she taught and per se, to make sure if the students have understood the lesson. That is, in order to prepare a global test, the teacher needs to give the students a test which is familiar to them i.e., a test which is not comprehensible. Viewed clearly in this way, it is of paramount importance for the teacher to give the students a text which can lead them to use what they have just studied. Accordingly, it is necessary to grasp an essential point which is to teach as you test and to test as you teach. In this way, the teacher, as the person who provides the students with information, must tell the students which lesson of grammar they are required to revise and to focus on- for example, present simple or present continuous etc. De facto, all the time, when the teacher wants to give a test to the students, he or she must provide them with the input which is slightly above their current understanding.
