The rate of illiteracy in the world

Although many efforts have been made to reduce the rate of illiteracy in many different parts of the world, there still remains a rather larger percentage of illiterate people. It means that the rate of illiteracy in many countries is still remaining due to many circumstances. That is, poverty, can be the first reason, which increases the number of students who are dropping out of school. And, all the reforms cannot find a real solutions to eradicate the rate of illiteracy in many different parts of the world.

It is necessary to grasp an essential point about poverty which increases the rate of illiteracy in Morocco. In this concern, it leads many students to drop out of school, and they are not able to continue their studies. In the first place, they will not join their classes in order to learn and gain more knowledge. In this way, the students will not be able to learn by themselves and, at the same time, to teach their families.

With the earlier in mind, it is of paramount importance to bring off that all the reforms are not able to eradicate and to decrease the rate of illiteracy. Generally enough, despite the fact that all the reforms come  but they did not pinpoint on the obligatory of education - that is to say, a real solution is not come into existence.

Based on this assumption, the rate of illiteracy in many different parts of the world is still continuing to the present days due to poverty, and all the reforms have failed to find a suitable solution.
