Initially, English, as a vernacular language, is taught in many different parts of the world as a foreign language. Obviously, the students are engaged in practicing this language, but they have limited opportunities to practice it. In this regard, they lacked opportunities outside the classroom e.g., they need to speak English with native speakers and, from another point of view, they did know the role of ICT to practice this language.
In an attempt to speak another language, to learn a second Language, it seems necessary to create or to establish a suitable atmosphere for learners inside the classroom. That is, this characteristic can lead the learners to have an opportunity to practice this language in the classroom. And, focusing clearly on this productive skills, it is of paramount importance to gear the students to speak English, as a foreign language, effectively, communicatively and efficiently. Moreover, it requires speaking English in the classroom so as to speak it outside the classroom. Based on this assumption, the students need to practice this language with other foreigners in order to reach their goals of learning English creatively and skil-fully.
As it was stated previously with regards to the idea of speaking English outside the classroom with other foreigners. It is worth adopting ICT for learning new language, and the students, who know its benefits, can practice English with native speakers. Clearly enough, the students lacked all this opportunities of using ICT to speak English with other foreigners, and the teacher could manage with another class from another part of the world in order to lead his or her students to practice this language. In the same vein, this opportunity will help learners to practice English per se, in a suitable environment with other native speakers.
As a final word, speaking English, as a foreign language, just in the classroom, it is not enough for them to learn English. But, as it appears, they want to have another opportunity- such as, to speak English with other native speakers inside or outside the classroom.
