Interpreting and producing

Understanding teaching provides teachers with a deep insight to the matter and helps them boosting their creativity no matter what their situation is. With that in mind, learners build competencies through interacting, interpreting and producing. If they interact, they are engaged in the process of learning. Presumably, if they can interpret written and oral message through inferring of paraphrasing, they are motivated to exchange with peers, and work in groups. Quite obviously, if they can use the knowledge they have gathered to Reformulate, summarize, or produce their own discourse, their learning will take place.
